The iAchieve Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating equal access to educational and professional opportunities on behalf of international students.
Enabling Professional Success
iAchieve focuses on providing equal access to professional opportunities for minority and international students. We provide the professional insights and support systems necessary to ensure students reach their full potential. Our mission is to serve, advance, and lead the fight for professional equality.
Pay-It-Forward for Professionals
We are a network of organizations and individuals who cultivate, promote, sustain, and support employment equity in America. Having achieved a certain degree of success in American business, we are ‘paying-it-forward’. As we do, we try to instill the same value in the students and young professionals we help, trusting that one day they will become successful enough to not only achieve their own professional dreams, but to also lend a hand to the next generation.
From the beginning, the vision has always been to bridge the gap between international students and professional opportunities. At first in Boston, then in New York, and now in Washington DC, iAchieve Foundation offers a mixture of intellectual enrichment, cultural immersion, and professional development – all to inspire students to move forward and achieve.
Ultimately, our aim is to support and help international students navigate the professional environment with seminars, professional networks, and making new connections.
iAchieve’s mentor program connects international and minority students with professional mentors in a variety of fields. We connect students with mentors from their target fields.
iAchieve’s student network and regular events give students from abroad the opportunity to connect with one another and find common bonds.
iAchieve’s leadership and professional programs help students find their own inner power by developing fundamental communication skills and the confidence to express their ideas.
Education for sustainable development requires the full involvement of many different educational organizations in civil society. iAchieve brings the expertise, networks, human and financial resources necessary to this global effort.
